One more to add.. brand spankin new drivers from ATI(which btw from what i can tell didn't actually update the drivers for my actual card and caused all my fonts in elemental to be crappy tacoma or something.. see my other thread if you got a solution to that) so I hoped that would fix the issue, and against my better judgement started a game when i should be well asleep. Lasted ~1hr before crash.. tends to be my average..sometimes less sometimes more. But enough babbling heres the dump.
Interesting note on this one.. it crashed right As i clicked a button in the diplomacy screen the "we want peace with you" or w.e button when you first meet someone.

Oh and to add insult to injury my sister whom i bought a copy for played all night without a crash 
so I know its stable on some systems.. just not MINE 
To be honest.. everytime i launch it i'm certain to get a CTD.. the question is not if but when.. 5 mins into a game or hour and a half. If i could i'd revert back to 1.09e as it was way more stable for me. So until it's fixed.. or you yell at me to stop.. you'll get a new crash dump everytime I play.
