i was in a war with altar - i decided to try and talk peace - i then realised oh wait i have some diplomatic capital and enough gold to buy him off -

unfortunately - it only took (1) diplomatic points which was more than enough to buy peace - (the traded value he needed was 230 points) (he got 250 - abselute lowest price for the 1 diplomacy point)

i tried to see what he perceived gold and others things to be at value - but they where normal - only diplomacy points where ludricously priced.
