1.09v crash

Looks like an OOM crash. Mind posting your save file so we can dissect it for memory-footprint purposes? Thanks!

Just a Side note: In My Current game on a Large Map with initialy Max Number of Faction and Now turn 400+ and the whole world filled with lvl4-5 Cities i have OOM Crashes every 5-10 turns just like in in vanila 1.0
