After winning a battle, but the leader of the group getting killed, every unit in the army disappears. I have reproduced this by winning a battle with a remaining hero unit in which the leader falls, and by escaping from battle when the leader falls.
I'll actually attempt to reproduce it on purpose and get a save file before and after the battle.
