i was battlign 4 factions and when i had killed of 3 i went looking for the last one - and it was his main town but with only a forest tile on it (extra mats) he had no food and his pioneer was standing around doing nothing due to the fact it couldent make a new townwas also a weird map in general - all the resources where located on one side of the map and the other was blank almost.
was in procopine (spelling) playing the kingdom, (forget name) the one with royalty, and culture? If the player starts with that combo - you have no food, and cannot 'found kingdom." Perhaops this also affects Ai kingdom?
