Uhm, I doubt it'll ever happen. How many linux-only gamers are there, that would only get the game on linux? How many months will it take to get the game to a point where "50 bucks" will be the right price for it for most users are pre-order users?

Now seriously, unless you prepay thousands of copies that justify such expense (supposing that they could afford to do it anyway), the answer was/is/will_be: no. I see easier Stardock migrating to SectApple stuff than Linux.

Just WINE it. The fact that it doesn't run (at least, as of 1.08) all "that" great in Windows means that it won't run that great through Wine either  

You could always try Wine 1.3 and see if that gets you further.
