{1.09n}Buttons gone - non functional

all across the game in various places buttons have ceased to work -

the text is there but grafics is gone - some places the buttons can be pushed - some places there are no function

hero level up for one has no buttons and will stall the game unable to continue or exit.
the menu can not alter any of the settings (volume/grafics etc.)

Sounds like a corrupt install.

Please locate the following folder and delete the contents:

C:\ProgramData\Stardock\Elemental - War of Magic\Screens

Then restart Elemental. This will cause Elemental to regenerate its screen data, which it doesn't seem to have installed correctly.

Please let us know if you still have the problem after trying that.

Oh im doing a full reinstall now - diddent see these message - ill report back if that solved it.

the game worked fine first time i ran it - but after that i bugged out on me - ill report how reinstall goes.

Im unable to reinstall - File is smaller than expected

Ok i installed it and emptied the screens folder - tried to play - Same problem - the buttons are missing some places as before.

Okay tried again - deleted the folder contents and restarted impulse completely after that - that made the options button come back - ill try and play the game and report back if the problem returns.

I happened twice - after saving the game - and eventually reloading a game it would sometimes crash - when restarted and atempt to load game the buttons would be messed up -

only way to fix it is to delete the screens folder (TWICE!!) ( start game - stop game - delete folder - start game - stop game - delete folder -done
