Can you guys help me out with listing all of the known Elemental fan sites w/links that have mod repositories on them?  I am seriously starting to feel lost with the mod scene because I don't visit the site forums every day and am missing updates and changes.  

It would be nice if we could have a stickied thread with all of the modding websites for easy access and so we don't have to memorize all of them.  It may also encourage modders to post their mods on these sites so we're not dealing with the unorganized mess that we currently have on the forums.

I'd be more than happy to update this thread's OP as new sites are posted for the benefit of the community.
