[eMod] MoM Wizards Test

I have just released a fun little test.

This 'mod' lets you play as 'close' approximations of the Master of Magic wizards as possible in native v1.09 of Elemental. I just created them as starting points for the upcoming Master of Magic mod.

If anyone feels the desire to improve these to get them closer to MoM, please feel free and then post them here.
