Is it just me or did Stardock disable the Influential trait w/o removing the trait itself? It seems like in patch 1.09 the influential trait does not do what it says it does...that or I simply do not understand how it is supposed to work...
It never did. Someone said that is because influence, like dodge needs to be multiplied by a factor of 10 to get proper values, however I haven't checked if this is true or not.
