1. It doesn´t save new created sovereigns since 1.09

2. Little bit difficult to describe for me, because of my horrible english. Its something that i notice even befor 1.09.

    - creating a sov and there are 4 points left, but i like to have another talent for 5 points

    - I take away one point in constitution (14 to 13) and it gives me 3 points

    - now i had 7 points left and can take a talent for 5 points. 2 points left

    - and with this 2 points i can raise constitution back to 14.

3. Some prefabricated Sov. still have "organized"

(1) After reloading the new created sov. are there.   I tried it once again with same results. New Sovs. appear only after reloading.
