Good Afternoon [insert appropriate time]

Myself and some friends primarily get co op or multiplayer games, as huge fans of Stardock's previous games when this one
was touted to have multiplayer we picked it up.

Somehow every game we've attempted to play ended up with a sync error.  None of our games will crash, but the turn just never resolves.

Sometimes it happens after 10 minutes, sometimes after 30.  I've personally experienced it in just multiplayer 1 vs ai games as well,

and think it has something to do with the connection to the server.

We've tried resetting network drivers, using different computers, and even changing locations so it'd be off a different internet connection.

Has anyone else ran into this problem? And if so did they find any kind of work around?

I enjoy the Elemental single player game very much and would like to be able to play the multiplayer with friends.

My friend's have their own assortment of computers, but pc's I've tried playing on include:

My Alienware M17, Custom Desktop, and a Gateway Quadcore with a decent graphics card.
