I pushed a forum update today that has the following changes:

1. Disabled the ads on the WinCustomize forums to try and prevent the "Malware Detection" problems for Chrome and Firefox.

2. Karma is now universal across all sites.  This means that the karma number you now see in each post will be the same across all of the forums, and that giving someone karma means they will get it everywhere.  Let me know if you notice any issues with it.

3. Updated some of our back-end moderation tools.

4. Minor bug fixes.

If #1 was supposed to do something, it didn't.  Still getting the "Reported Attack Page!" message when trying to enter the forums in Firefox.

Google will still need to re-scan the site before that will go away.  Hopefully it will happen soon.

I just realized we only show one page of Karma in a user's karma page.  I'll see about fixing that soon.

It will take some time before Google rescans the site and marks us as being safe again.

Does it take a campaign contribution to "net neutrality"?

If we could see the history of all the karma given to us, that would be great.

There seems to be a little bug in the WinCustomize forums now, don't know if it existed earlier:

That's odd...my Karma went down...I had 373 here and 27 on the Elemental forum...now I'm down to 372.

Hey Bara...if you're in the fix it mood, how about bringing the "watch a thread" feature back.

My karma also dropped around 20 as well as others.

I just got a notice that I can only give karma out every ten minutes regardless of who the recipient is. IIRC, it used to be limited to ten minutes only if giving kp to the same person, not to someone else.

Do I really have to wait over 100 minutes if I want to give kp to over ten people all in one thread?

My attention span would be strained past breaking.

Edit: Never mind, although it gave me that notice initially, it now lets me pass out karma to some much deserving folks.[e digicons]:karma:[/e]

I've edited the title to fix it, may take a bit of time for the caches to refresh.

I did not simply add the karma from all of the sites, I recalculated it.  The way it used to work is that if you received karma in a forum that was shared across multiple sites (such as the Forum Issues forum), you would get karma on each of those sites.  If you received karma in a forum that was only on one site, only that sites karma would change for your account.  If I simply added your karma for both sites, it would have been inaccurate because I'd be double-counting.  Instead, I recalculated it on a per-forum basis, so that's the reason your karma looks like it went down.  In reality, it's the same as it was before, just in different way

I've updated the forums again.  The karma page now includes pagination and I have included links to view a user's given karma.
