[1.08 HF2] Vanilla Sovs need a big rebalance.

I noticed that 3 of the Vanilla Sovs still have "Organized" as an ability/trait on the sov select screen.

Also noticed that the Wraith sov (forget her name) says 14 wisdom on the select screen, but when a game is started she only has 10 essence.

I haven't checked every sov for inaccuracies, I just noticed these last night after my reinstall got me up and running again.

For some reason, many of predefined sovereigns have essence defined as separate stat, and often it doesn't mimic their wisdom score.
