I was going through the image files myself to see what was there, and I haven't even been able to find the full screen quest splash screens (the ones with the weird statue and the observatory-like building).  But I did notice that City_Select_Stright is misspelled (should be Straight).  I was wondering if this is a mistake since I would assume that in your code you would call the image, and maybe it was spelled correctly there (I'm not sure how it works), and if it was then it wouldn't be calling the image correctly.

The other thread you saw was regarding images being flat out missing, which might indicate damaged screen files. If you're just seeing quest images zoomed in on the wrong part of the picture, that's probably just not set correctly, in which case the specific quests doing this would be helpful to know.
