[1.08b Beta] [minor Bug UI] Green build-tiles vanish when changing form cloth to engine and vice versa

The thing is: the green-bordered tiles only show on the map on which you openend the build menu. So, if you've openened the menu on the cloth map and then zoom in on the city to give your order the tiles aren't there. If you zoom back out to the cloth map there they are again.

If you start on the engine map they don not get displayed on the cloth map.

Confirmed. Another annoying things are:

* Autofocus while placing the building in cloth map

* When chosing the structure at cloth map there is no description (req for building) shown. You have to click another building option and then revert to previous selection.

I guess it's for 1.1.
