[1.08][Out of Memory] crash

the game froze and when I alt tabbed i goth a oom error message.

Well I had so hoped that it would not happen but it has. I am running the latest 1.08 + whatever Friday small update was. Got the OOM after about 409 turns

specs are as follows

 

Win 7 64 bit

ATI 4870 x2 driver version 8.741.0.0

I haven't started any new games so if you need files please let me know.
