I am having the same issue.

That said I did contact customer support reguarding the order back on August 27th or so. All i was told is that they dont have tracking numbers to provide. Oh yes and If i dont get it within 3 weeks to check the local post office. The responce leaves me more than a bit worried that if it does not come in the next week, I will not receive it, have no way of tracing it, and no way of proving I did not receive it
