It would be nice to be able to move through allied factions' cities. I've got a high level quest that is completely blocked off by the cities of my ally.
sign non agression pact in diplomatic screen and u will have open borders , then u can move around his/her territory
I can already move through his territory, but not his actual *cities*. The quest objective is in a small, one-ended valley behind an ally's city. I can't use lower land, since it is not in my territory either.
ahhh sry , i missunderstood what u ment ... i dont understand why open borders dont allow us to move trough their cities ... can u post a screenshot ? (just want to look for a possible way of getting there)
