Not sure if this is just me as noone else seems to have posted it. Since patchi this morning to 1.07 refined housing doesn't work, farming still works and i dont know about the others.

I tried with numerous factions and leader combinations but no joy. It means that to get a level 5 city i basically have to fill it with houses which means no room for anything else. 

Im going to try reinstalling but if its the same then i guess i leave the game alone until a fix comes out

edit still not working after a reinstall, so i guess got to find something else to play until next patch.
