First game in 1.7 and 33 turns in got a faded out turn end button.  But that isn't the funniest part, my main city looks like it is mine right colors, selectable, changeable(can change build orders for troops), but the city name is no longer mine, the city hud shows as another player's and has the same name has one of his cities.  Got a screen shot of it and a saved game as well, sadly the save game when loaded shows the city to be back in my hands.  I also have the debug.err file as well and will post it, if it might help.
