1.07 CTD When Attempting to Generate Tactical Battle Map

1.07 crashed to the desktop when I tried to generate a random tactical battle map. This happened after I was playing a game for a while. So I restarted Elemental 1.07 and tried only to generate a tactical battle map: Still CTD. The below link to the debug.err is after restarting Elemental, not playing any game and only trying to generate a tactical battle map.

Although I generated random maps in previous versions this was my first try at a tactical battle map.

ps. Guess I'll have to play the game some more

Ill second that i CTD on tactical map also, but it was the 4 or 5 tactical map load of my game so it want every time.
