crash post 1.07 old save

I just had my first crash with 1.07, but it was with an old save. I was trying to load a game from within a game (reloading same save).

If you exit the game, relaunch and reload the save, does it still crash?  Mileage with older saves will vary.

I battled a bear, but it said my attack missed and the bear died anyway. http://dl.dropbox.com/u/1673790/Elemental_bug/Elemental_1283484707.jpg

Same saved game as above. It said miss both in the tactical battle and in the battle report.

Hi Yarlen,

I'm currently playing the saved game. No more problems as of yet, except for the bear that died of a heart attack.
