When my army contained more then 10 units (12 if i remember good, army of heroes and summoned creatures) one of creatures in tactical battles started to appear near enemy units (1-2 squares).
Also i noticed weird bug that when my troop was shooting from the edge of tactical map, arrow was coming from behind enemy (as it would go round the world to hit enemy in the back:) )
