Some games are unloadable becouse I get this as soon as the map shows up...

A few times i could play pretty far without it crashing but usually i gotta restart game every 10 minutes maybe less..

specs:     (only the important ones)

windows7 64bit

Ati radeon hd 3800 series

tried 10.8 and the 10.7 ati drivers they both get the same issue sooner or later.

this game was kinda expensive for me, i really would love it if it would work properly and i could actually play without getting so frustrated.

What should I do?

reinstall my old win xp 64bit? (will that even make a difference?)

i dont have money for a new video card, and this card doesnt give any lag when the game works properly so i dont see the point in that anyway.

Will this be fixed in future patches?
