I'm sorry if this has already been asked but is there a way to make a custom sovereign or group of sovereigns tied to a custom faction? What I want to do is create a faction that the AI always picks from one or a group of sovereigns i've made to rule that faction. I'm thinking of making a Legends of the Five Rings mod so if anyone makes Japanese weapons, armor, or buildings let me know!
Also how do you make custom crests for factions or is it even possible?
