Several issues.

1. Had a CTD after tactical combat.

2. As mentioned by others, charactors that retreated from combat, unable to go back in to combat(always says defeated, combat does not initiate, charactor doing the attacking doesn't show up in the dialog).

3. Sound effects just decide to stop, don't come back unless I exit and re-load game, but only last temporarily.

4. Very slow response in tactical combat, seems worse after putting champions/soverign on a mount, about 10-15 second lag on counter attacks, or between attacks(between attacks issue always there, doesn't seem related to mounts). Sometimes they when moving, after the lag, they essentailly teleport to where they were being moved rather than move.

5. Also have noticed, I have several champions that have abilities, but don't have any mana so they can't use them. Several summoned creatures(Ice Lord for example), have mana, but no spells or abilities.
