I play with Auto-Turn off and Autosave on. So here's a big problem with saves that crops up everytime.

Let's say you're one turn from teching up in Diplomacy. You press the End Turn. It Autosaves and you get a nice window to pick which Diplomacy tech you want. That's all fine and dandy, but this is where it goes wrong. You load the Autosave, and guess what? The window to pick the Diplomacy tech to acquire doesn't come up. So you end up losing a tech. Very bad bug.

This also happens when wild enemies attack you. You press End Turn. It Autosaves. They attack you. A prompt for a tactical battle comes up. Here you can exploit it using the same bug and load up the Autosave and bam -- no more prompts and attacks. What is weird is that some prompts for attacks will always show up on the Autosave and others will just disappear.

One more problem with saves, sometimes I load it up and it switches the tech category that I'm working on. I'm not totally sure with this one but I'll detail it more if I see it again.
