It seems that when I'm exploring and come upon another city, sometimes one of my cities will take its on map City Hud details (for example, if my capital is named Necropolis and it comes upon the city of Xander, Necropolis' name AND color AND flag changes to Xander's).  Everything else is the same (if I zoom out to cloth map it has the right name and color, if I bring up the City Detail menu it is correct).  One time I saved and reloaded and it fixed it, then in the same game it happened to another of my cities and I tried reloading but it didn't work.

I don't know how to post a debug for this since there is no crash.
