Magnar : Combat speed 1.0, Peasant HP 13 Combat Speed 1.0
Verga : Combat speed 1.0, Peasant HP 13 Combat Speed 1.0
KUL-AL-KULAN: Peasant HP 13 Combat Speed 1.0

Allmost unit's combat speed should be 2.0, and Peasant's HP should be 5.

Sentinels from Warlord trait get combat speed of 1.0 too.

As well as all heroes in Campaign!!!

Also, all starting peasants and pioneers get +1 attack bonus.

Kingdom pioneers also start without weapon.

Fallen peasants, on the other hand, have dexterity of 8, so upgrading them with armor will give lower defense then normal.

To add to previous post:

I think I know what's the issue, at least partially.

In CoreUnits.XML, all units with UnitStat_CombatSpeed tags have it set at 2. but there are units that are missing that tag. Among others, Sentinel and Fallen_Peasant.

So. if unit is missing that tag, it will use default value of 1.

P.S.

This applies to CoreSovereigns.xml too, where attributes of leaders are stored. As well as MainCampaign.xml. There may be others too.
