[Bug] Create Sovereign - Can increase base stats with only 2 points.

When creating a sovereign I noticed that I can increase one of the base stats, which cost 3 points to increase, even if I have only 2 points remaining.

This is a screen shot of the sovereign I created so you have an idea of where my points currently are. I also have taken the Organized talent (cost 10 points).

Yeah i know, posted it yesterday here somewhere. You know it even works with just 1 point left?

No..did not know it worked with only 1 point. I did a quick search and did not see it.

I suspect that this isn't a bug. It costs 3 points per stat increase until you have less than 3 left and then it gives you the last one for whatever you have left, as long as it's more than zero. If your last stat point only cost you 1 point and you take a negative trait that gives you 3 points, you'll only get 1 point, so it keeps track too.

I noticed that in the beta as well. However, the total points would show up as -1 (or whatever depending on what you chose). However, it wouldn't let you progress because you had negative points remaining. Did the game let you continue?

Could be, it's not that bad, just something to take into account when choosing upgrades... always do stats last ^^

Edit: yes no problem with continuing

I had no proublem starting a game with that sov.
