To reproduce, take the unit stack with my soverign in the NE corner of the map, and kill Relias. Then move the unit stack OR end turn. If you do not kill him this way, you can do other things on the map and end the turn, but whenever you DO kill him, the game will crash.

Also in this saved game, I attempted the Master Quest, and after the crevice I recieved no update- no new locations appeared and as far as I know the quest sort of stalled out, forcing me to kill everyone to finish the game.
