Alright I had so many crashes,but it seems like not anymore (or maybe I'm just lucky?)
Downloaded and installed ATI 10.8 drivers, ran the game, the mouse cursor was acting up.
Enabled HW mouse cursor and the game has not crashed yet.
Performance has decreased but I'll gladly take that over crashing so often
