Hello. I have one question. In the manual, there is written, that player with highest level of Quest determines global level of creatures in the world. So when in the game world multipliers there is for example "Global level of Notable location - 3", does it mean that some AI player actually reached that level and is able to collect level 3 notable locations?

Because when i played one of my first lets say "test games", i have chosen epic tempo (or whatever its exactly called in the game) and while i was able to research with my 3-4 Studies first levels of Civilization, Warfare and Adventuring, level 3 notable locations began to spam the world. So it seemed for me to be impossible that some AI (Novice difficulty) player is so advanced in Adventuring. Or maybe he specialized himself to Adventuring only? I felt like looser being so undeveloped...    And Im not some kind of novice strategy games player, so my ego got really big hit.
