I'm playing on the newest patch, and I'm getting the white screen bug that a lot of other people seem to be getting, except I'm getting it during the Campaign and only when I load a game. It seemed to happen nearly every time, until I turned full screen off and played in a window; now it only happens every other time or so.

I'm playing on a dell e1705, with a go 7900gs video card. I thought if I updated my graphics drivers it would fix it, so I updated to the 179.44 version or so (the highest that still supports the 7900 series). Now, I'm not really getting the same problem, but it's still there. Instead of a white screen, the main overland map screen does eventually show up, (a white screen is there but quickly changes to the regular overland screen) but the performance grinds to a halt: maybe 2 or 3 frames a second, where it would normally play perfect. And the cloth map seems to have disappeared. If I zoom out all the way, I see my sovereign as a little figure, but the cloth map doesn't show up at all.

I don't know what other information you need for this, because it's not a crash, so if there's something else you need let me know. But it's a Core 2 duo laptop with a strong video card, and it runs the game fine except for this.
