I've noticed that, sometimes, I am given the chance to build two studies. It only seems to occur when I build one, it then allows me to immediately build another (as if I was building a house).
I'm assuming this is a bug because, if I choose not to build this second study, I am not allowed to build it at a later date, just as with the other buildings.
