The Padded Cuirass and the Leather Cuirass now have 100% identical stats, including costs, so that's not cool. Also, the Helm, Armlets, and Greaves were all lowered to 1 Defense instead of 2 so they now have the same Defense as the Padded.
Apparently this varies by race... Ugh. I'll try and put together a list of which races are affected.
Ok, I finally determined that this only applies to the Trogs, Urxen, and Quendar races.
Issue remains in 1.06. In fact the Leather Helm, Armlets, and Greaves only have 1 Defense for the three affected races.
Issue remains in 1.09.
