[1.05] Crash on loading saved campaign game

Attempting to load a saved campaign game via the 'Load Game' button in the main menu consistently causes the game to crash. No crash occurs when the game is loaded via the 'Campaign' menu option. Confused the heck out of me until I found that out...

yup, also in normal playmode, if Iam within a game and try to load a savegame elemental crashs to desktop. Thus I always have to restart elemental to load a savegame.

 

edit:

occurs in 1.01 and 1.05

If there was a dump zip created in C:\ProgramData\Stardock\Elemental - War of Magic (C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Stardock\Elemental - War of Magic on Windows XP), please post that too.
