There is a small problem when auto next turn option disabled in options.
The problem is that if you set a destination for a unit (let's assume you have only one unit, like sovereign in the beginning of the game) it moves only each 2nd turn.
If you click on the destination after the turn again it does moves, so it does has movement points, but automatically it moves only each 2nd turn.
