Not all faction bonuses working

The increased HP and the +1 to combat speed for the Tarth don't appear to be working. They don't show up when I try to design a new unit for them, nor do they gain them after I finish training a unit.

Same story with the Empire faction with the wolf icon. They aren't getting an HP bonus either.

One Faction get settlements cheaper, but as all settlements i build are free I dont see the point.

Also the game has gotten way too easy compared tot he beta, have u noticed?

lol easy? I'm playing on standard and within the first 50 turns had abotu 8 lvl 9 drakes milling around my lands attacking and killing just about everything I built/trained.....dunno bout you, but the 600 turns I've struggled with them haven't been what I'd consider "easy"

Well ive tried extreme and ridiculus on both world and factions and my lands are never attaced, and the other factions are really weak, i did not find this to be true in the beta which was really hard, bug? Have played many games since yesterday and allways the same, no challange what so ever. Im not bragging that im good, its the AI that is super weak.

Any ideas, reinstall or wait for patch?

Factions AI is currently on the weaklish side, but the wilderness creeps are amazing, even the random bandits with a wolf ground provide a good challenge.
