When upgrading to the LE version, it will not let me check out, stating I must have the pre-requisite (Elemental Retail). I have already purchased this many months ago.
Any assistance is welcomed.

What he said. You can also email firstname.lastname@example.org directly. If it's giving you an error like that, you'll need to contact them to sort it out.
It was an unintended side effect of turning off the beta access. It'll be fixed either later tonight or tomorrow morning and you'll be able to get the LE if you had a registration on your account from the beta already.
