Game Froze. Music still played, could move mouse. No clicking able or zooming.

I included the save as well. I'm not sure what turn it was, as it was an autosave.

Also if you take a look at my save you will see I am on an island. I crushed one AI however I cannot build any boats. Probably because I cannot build an Harbors. I took a look and you need a "beach" tile to build a harbor it appears. Well my island spawned without any. Only Cliffs. I softened the land by using Raise/Lower on the cliffs however its still just either grasslands or submerged grasslands. Still not options for harbors in any of my seaside cities.

You can look and laugh at this really long land bridge I made using raise land, to make war with the next island over.
