[B4][0.98][BSOD] Blue screen of death after end of turn

After end of turn new turn seemed to be coming up kind of slow. I clicked an adventure location and got a BSOD. I don't remember the problem file the BSOD reported, but it was atisomething.dll so seems graphics related. The linked zip has debug.err, dump, dxdiag and last two autosaves.

I just tried to load the newest of the autosaves from the above post and crashed the game. The below linked zip includes the new dump and, debug.err and prefs.ini.
