First of all I'd like to thank the Stardock team for their hard work on Elemental.  Beta 4 is a big step forward... it's almost there but I'm sure there's more work to be done.

I first want to report on performance on my system.  It's much better then Beta 3 but it's still not up to the standard of release IMO.

My FPS drops significantly when viewing cities in the 3D map.  Typically when not viewing cities it's 30+.  This above screenshot should be 30+ IMO.  Changing options does little, but here are my options with this above screenshot.  Perhaps the animations aren't properly being turned off when zooming out?  When I zoom all the way into a city I get 30+ fps also.

Also, a bug... it seems like loading saved games is bugged... I saved and exited, restarted and reloaded and this is what happened:

My city of Sunnydale showed the name and banner of my rival's city.  In fact the "real" city of Vataerth was right next to it.  Also on the bottom right it shows "Adventure in -3 turns".
