(Bug/Gameplay) AI cities started right next to eachother.

Had a screenshot but accidentaly overwrote it before I could save it. 2 AI cities side by side, with one unit of the other AI in the other AI's territory. Also had the Azure Armor crash to desktop shortly after in the same game, zip file posted in an Azure Armor thread.
