[.92][Bug/Crash]Game crash on end turn

Got a crash when autoturn tried to advance the game to the next turn.

For what it's worth, it was the first game I played as Empire under .92

debug.err

and I think I finally found where the dump files are stored on my machine - they are under C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Stardock\Elemental - War of Magic on my machine (XP) (I don't even have the directory structure listed in the sticky). So finally I can add them to my reports.

My game is Beta 3c & i dont see the update tab in impulse & when i try to re-activate the game it says i need to delete a file C:\ProgramData\Stardock\Elemental - War of Magic\sig.bin ..i am using windows 7 i dont have that directory for their sig.bin file.....
