After loading the save game found in this post (where I expereinced a CTD): https://forums.elementalgame.com/388739

 I can't reproduce the crash, but I notice some odd things (see screenshot):

1. The hud label for my city has a different color (Blue instead of green), but the influence sphere and other aspects are still green.
2. My city has a different name. (Should be called Milford)
3. Build icons are missing.
4. Open tiles are missing when I click the build menu (in the screenshot below, I should have 24 open tiles accourding the heirgamon).
5. Teleporting my Sovereign back into the city causes the correct color and name to appear in my city, but the build icons and empty tiles are still missing.  Hitting the turn button until my city levels up and/or researching new techs does not cause the icons or tiles to appear.
