I've been told to report all alt-tab crashes - so here is my first one.
FYI - I was able to play a few turns, alt-tab, return, and play some more.. but eventually my last alt-tab caused the crash.
no dump collected (thanks Windows)
I did have the debug.err file:

attempting to disable windows error reporter to see if that helps in future crashes (so I get a dump file instead of windows trying to do something with it).
