OK so i built my first town. For some reason i was only able to build like 3 buildings, but couldnt build anything else since no food. No matter what i tried i couldnt build food. There was no spell to rejuvenate land after it was cast in my spell book, so how can i build another one? And since there was no way to build anything else i couldnt create food or create pioneers to make another city.

So i went searching for AI players since i had lots of materials i could trade in and hopefully get some food out of it?

Found a guy, he greeted me in a non hostile matter, i even stood next to his city, and I had diplomacy trade skill. I click on diplomacy and i get "You have not met anyone yet"
