I had the same problem with 3a and all i had to do was uninstall impulse and re-install but this time no dice.
I am going to try deleting the game and redownloading
so i tried uninstalling the game and impulse and I am still getting the failed to download data.
I don't have any firewalls up.
figured it out, i had to go into the file and actually use the elemental.exe
I got a huge dragon now and it has over 900 combat rating
